We are in receipt of your valuable enquiry for VENTURA RCC doorframes and we sincerely thank you for the same. We also appreciate your initiative to use green products. Let me assure you that by using Ventura RCC doorframes you are not only saving money but also avoid an adverse environmental impact of using wooden frames. We assure you that by using Ventura RCC doorframes you are in no way compromising on the quality, ease of working and elegant aesthetic looks. Moreover since these frames are made from M-40 grade concrete they are absolutely corrosion free and termite proof. This makes them the most suitable alternative for coastal regions, where rusting in steel frames and termites make the use of wooden frames redundant.
Why Ventura RCC Frames?
First and foremost we are the company in this line since 1992. (25Years). I have been involved in the development of this product since inception and was instrumental in bringing it to its present status. Over the period many manufacturers have jumped into the market but always harped on pricing over quality. Fortunately our customers are wise enough to fall for such strategy.
Quality Check
We place quality at the pinnacle of every step within our manufacturing process. From what Ventura Industries does, for example, every product that leaves their doors is tested and scrutinized to see if it has met or exceeded the highest industry standards. All of this-from the procurement of the best material available to testing the product's durability and functionality-is aimed at ensuring only the finest items leave our facility. Our strict attention to quality enables us to produce long-lasting, reliable solutions that our clients can bank on for their projects.

The concept of R.C.C. door frames and window frames was conceived by us almost 20 years ago, then young fresh engineers from a reputed institute from central India.
These frames are well researched and designed to provide maximum value for your money. A careful thought has gone into making it the best option available, by all means.
Teakwood has, for ages, been the most preferred material for Door / Window frames. Over a period, teakwood started becoming sparsely available and was being substituted by cheaper varieties of wood. This cheaper wood is also turning out to be expensive. It is inherently susceptible to such omnipresent problems as termites and decaying. Moreover, the seasonal variations in humidity cause undesirable deformation (swelling and contracting) of wooden articles. More over use of wood for door & window frames has an adverse impact on ecology.
It is in this context that the Bureau of Indian Standards mentions in its IS-6523 of 1983. "The increasing scarcity and high cost of good timber has considerably increased the utility of precast reinforced cement concrete door frames, which are not only durable but also appreciably economical. Precast reinforced concrete frames for doors will be found specially useful where provisions for such frames will have to be made on a mass scale as in the case of large housing colonies.
Rolled steel (angle or EZ - 7 sections) and sheet steel frames have also been tried to overcome the prohibitive costs of wood. Certain aspects of the steel option have been overlooked. Steel, being steel, is extremely prone to corrosion. This factor rules out this option in coastal areas where the air is extremely humid and therefore corrosive. In other areas, where ambient temperature varies between 40 degrees plus in summers and 10-15 degrees in winters, the high thermal coefficient of expansion of steel causes considerable deformation in the frame over a period of time and would result in loosening from the brickwork.
It is in this backdrop that we pioneered the reinforced concrete option for door and window frames way back in the early nineties, at time when the ecological concerns were much less acute.
The Wonder Block
The Wonder Block is an insert made of a polymer compound designed to have excellent screw holding capacity (about 250 Kg./ 35mm screw; test certificate may be provided on request). Three such Wonder Blocks are provided on each vertical member. Each lot of WonderBlock is subject to testing on Electronic Tensometer to ascertain the minimum screw holding capacity of the block.
The other important features of Ventura frames are:
Ease of handling.
Easy assembly of members at site.
Sound arrangement for fixing of holdfasts.
Well-equipped factory to ensure steady production of high quality.
Ready delivery of large quantities
